Nice hotel with good personnel. Quiet atmosphere and beautiful and nice rooms. Great amenities like a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a dining area. 5 minutes walk to a bus stop. The pool area is nice too. Everything really good.

the staff were friendly and polite, and although not all spoke English, we were still able to communicate well using Google translate. the food in the restaurant was amazing, with a great selection of high-quality and super tasty dishes. the breakfast, included in our stay, offered a variety of options to try. it was a lovely place to relax and I would highly recommend it.

the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to satisfy my appetite. the hotel's location was perfect for my Christmas trip as it was close to the city center and had easy access to public transportation. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always happy to assist and answer any questions we had.
When we arrived late at night, we were not provided with the necessary codes to access our rooms and had to wait outside for 30 minutes until security arrived with our paperwork.

We had a lovely Christmas stay in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that allowed us to stay connected during our stay.
We had a bit of a rough start to our stay. We arrived late at night and were unable to access our rooms due to a lack of codes that we were supposed to receive beforehand.

We had a great view of the surroundings from our room and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel has a security man who arrived quickly after we had trouble getting into our room late at night.
The hotel did not have a 24-hour phone number to assist us with the issue of getting into our room after arriving late.
